Denver’s real estate community is supporting a meaningful cause this March as Blue Pebble hosts its March Madness Charity Pong Tournament. Set for Thursday, March 20, from 4-11 pm MDT at BurnDown in South Broadway, this event combines competitive fun with charitable giving. All proceeds and entry fees from the tournament will directly benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), making every paddle swing count toward fighting blood cancer.

When and Where

The evening promises an exciting blend of ping pong action alongside NCAA basketball entertainment, as March Madness games will be viewable throughout the venue.

With doors opening at 3 p.m. and the first round beginning at 4 p.m. sharp, participants and spectators alike will gather at 476 South Broadway, Denver, CO 80209, for what organizers describe as an evening centered around “fun, games, and most importantly giving back.” Tournament teams should arrive by 3:30 p.m. for registration and table assignments to ensure a smooth start to the charitable competition.

How it Works

This single-elimination tournament will feature 64 teams competing in 20-minute games, creating an atmosphere of friendly yet spirited competition. Each team entry costs $100 and includes two event wristbands covering beer and wine throughout the evening. For those who wish to attend without competing, general admission tickets are available, which include one event wristband for beverages. Food will also be available for purchase at BurnDown’s main bar, allowing guests to eat between matches.

Organizers have designed the event to be inclusive while maintaining appropriate supervision for younger attendees. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the seven-hour event. The refund policy offers flexibility, with returns available up to seven days before the tournament, giving participants peace of mind should their plans change.

Due to limited parking around the venue, Blue Pebble strongly encourages carpooling, ridesharing, or scheduled drop-offs, with specific reminders to attendees to pay attention to parking signs in the South Broadway area.

The Initiative

Blue Pebble, the driving force behind this charitable initiative, continues demonstrating its commitment to community involvement alongside its primary business as a client-focused real estate company. Known for their emphasis on affordability and putting clients first, Blue Pebble has designed this tournament as a fundraiser and a neighborhood gathering. The event represents their philosophy of combining professional services with meaningful community engagement and support for important causes.

Beyond the competitive aspect, the March Madness Charity Pong Tournament offers networking opportunities for residents and professionals. Attendees will have the chance to connect with Blue Pebble representatives, fellow community members, and like-minded individuals who support charitable causes.

This relaxed, social atmosphere provides an ideal setting for potential home buyers and sellers to connect while contributing to a worthy cause. It embodies Blue Pebble’s approach to building relationships beyond traditional real estate transactions.
