Hailing from the quaint town of Laramie, WY, Treva holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming, laying a foundation for her journey in the real estate realm. With a multifaceted background, Treva entered the Colorado real estate scene initially on the financial side of the industry. For six years, she honed her skills originating loans, bringing a unique financial perspective to her real estate endeavors. In 2000, Treva obtained her Real Estate license, marking the beginning of her career trajectory. She has developed and earned a distinguished skill set that sets her apart in the real estate landscape.

Beyond her professional achievements, Treva enjoys being outdoors and is a dedicated family person. She relies on her faith to love on others. Treva's passion for sports is based on her athletic background. She is a multi sport athlete and went on to play volleyball collegiately and later qualify to compete in Ms. Fitness USA. Coupled with her experiences, sports have instilled in her the values of teamwork, discipline, and sacrifice. Her journey is deeply influenced by her brother Trent, who lived with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Trent imparted invaluable lessons in patience, appreciation, strength, and the importance of treating others with kindness—a philosophy that resonates in Treva's approach to both life and real estate.
